Fully integrated in production lines, the 5 marking stations with a 100×100 mm marking window marks the blades of jet engines for the aeronautical industry, to ensure their traceability throughout their manufacture.

The marking stations are powered manually or by robotic gantries and are equipped with a fume extractor. The blades are placed and clamped in concurrent time on manual or automated rotating plate specially designed.

The stations are equipped with an interface with high definition touch screen, personalized and dedicated to each application and in connection with the loading robot. The interface integrates manual, automatic and maintenance modes for instant fault diagnosis.

A 2D on-board camera proofreading system allows to instantly check the quality of the marking.

About 30 seconds are required for marking and proofreading.

Upstream, the quality of the laser marking is validated by a metallographic examination carried out by Technomark, to ensure that the marking depth does not create fractures.
