Marking on parts after painting and galvanizing

The M4 Inline 50 dot peen marking machine is integrated on a PLC for the creation of steel labels used for the identification of parts after painting or galvanizing.

These labels are used in the construction and renovation of different types of structures, whether industrial, tertiary, cultural and sporting buildings or for housing.

The marking file is made up of 4 variables containing the name of the company, the part number and reference, and the quantity. These variables are entered by software and transferred to the automaton in ASCII code via an RS232 connection. The marking is carried out in less than 15 seconds by the marking machine.
